The Maids Head Hotel offers a total of 8 meeting rooms.

Our function rooms offer the ultimate in flexibility, enabling the hotel to cater for small private dinners through to large celebrations for up to 150 people. Equally welcome are meetings for 4 delegates through to conferences for up to 200 people. Each room has its own character and is equipped with the latest technical facilities. All Function rooms benefit from natural daylight and air conditioning. The Maids Head has ample car parking on site and is ideally located for a wide variety of events, including exhibitions, product launches, trainings, interviews, auctions as well meetings, conferences, breakfast meetings, tastings, lunches and dinners.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, a dedicated member of staff - available throughout the day will meet you to run through all the details. They confirm details as agreed and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements.

Rates are subject to availability and normal terms and conditions. We have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual facilities, including set design and sound systems as required.
