Best Beauty – new at the Maids Head Hotel
Best Beauty, is the new beauty treatment business at the Maids Head Hotel. Run by Sophie Best, Best Beauty is the only supplier of classic French Guinot skincare treatments in the city centre.
Sophie’s contemporary salon is in a former 18th century coaching parlour on Wensum Street, next to the Maids Head’s historic entrance.
A former City College Norwich student, Sophie Best (25), has launched her own business after working at Sprowston Manor, where she was beauty spa stand-in manager for the last two years.
Sophie has a passion for beauty and well-being and explained: “Beauty comes from within but I recognise that sometimes we all need a little help to express ourselves and shine.”
Sophie added, ”My aim is to provide a calming environment, where people can feel good about themselves in these beautiful historic rooms, which are equipped to meet the expectations of contemporary customers.”
Christine Malcolm, General Manager Maids Head Hotel said: “We wish Sophie all the best with her new venture and look forward to working with her on our special pamper packages.”
Best Beauty is open Tuesday to Saturday, with evening opening on Wednesday and Thursday to 8pm. Sophie provides facials, massage, deep tissue massage, manicures, pedicures, grooming, make up and wedding make up.
