The Hotel is continuing to remain open to support all those guests who are permitted to travel for essential purposes. For the comfort of our guests, we will be providing room service of both full English breakfast all delivered safely to the bedroom door.

Following Government guidelines we are delighted that as from Monday, April 12th, our pretty courtyard is open for alfresco dining.  From this date we can also offer a night of escape in one of our self-contained suites.  To find out more click on the link, these can only be booked direct with the hotel. Providing the roadmap stays on track, we will be fully open from Monday, May 17th and our fantastic team cannot wait to welcome you back.

Christmas at the Maids Head Hotel

Looking for the perfect City centre location to celebrate safely in style this Christmas? Join us for award winning Head Chef, Magic’s, 3 course lunch or dinner full of seasonal flavours, all served up in a truly festive setting.

Following current Government guidelines we are taking bookings for tables of up to 6 for lunch or dinner from November 19th right up until lunch on Christmas Eve.

Chicken liver and cognac pate, pear and ginger chutney, sourdough toast
Herb smoked salmon, apple and fennel salad, wasabi emulsion, oat crumb, salsa Verde
Spiced cauliflower, chickpea and coconut soup (vegan)

Seared fillet of seabass, thyme pomme puree, confit fennel, crispy kale, meuniere sauce

Lunch – 3 courses £27.50 per person or 2 courses for £22 per person

Dinner – £32.50 Sunday to Thursday and £35.00 Friday and Saturday
