Old Fireplace Revealed – Gents’ Toilets Renovation
We are currently completely renovating the gents’ toilets near the restaurant. Work has uncovered an old fireplace, as seen in this rather misty photograph. This must have orginally been one of the hotel’s meeting rooms. The door into the room was opposite the snug. Work will be completed in about four weeks and we will reveal our new gents’, which will have a heritage feel combined with a modern twist.
