Room bookings
- Room bookings on this website are made through our booking engine. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Each rate and package has its own terms for payment and cancellation, shown before you book and in your confirmation email. Those terms form part of your booking.
- Prices are per room, per night unless stated otherwise, and include VAT.
- Offers and packages are subject to availability and can’t be combined with other offers unless stated.
Cancellations and changes
- On our flexible rates, you can cancel or amend free of charge until 2pm on the day of arrival. A late cancellation or no-show is charged the first night.
- Some offers and packages need longer notice, for example cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival, after which full payment is taken. The terms of your rate always apply.
- To cancel or amend, call reservations on +44 (0)1603 209955 or reply to your confirmation email.
Bookings made through a third party, such as an online travel agent, are subject to that company’s terms.
Your stay
- Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is until 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Where breakfast isn’t included in your rate, it can be added.
- On-site parking for residents is available on a first-come basis and is charged.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel or its contents caused during their stay.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our three dog-friendly Executive Rooms, bookable in advance and subject to availability, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Other rooms aren’t able to take pets. Dogs aren’t permitted in the hotel’s public areas, though they’re welcome in the Courtyard when weather allows. Any damage caused must be settled before check-out, and dogs that disturb other guests or are left unattended may result in a request to vacate.
Table reservations
Table reservations for the WinePress and afternoon tea are made through DishCult and are subject to the terms shown when you book. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book.
Weddings, meetings and events
Weddings, meetings, events and private dining are confirmed with their own contract. Our events team will talk you through the deposit, payment and cancellation terms when you book.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are sold through VoucherCart. Each voucher’s terms, including its expiry date and what it can be used for, are shown when you buy it and on the voucher itself.
