Luxury romance
A chilled bottle of prosecco and a box of luxury chocolates awaiting your arrival, a thoughtful touch for anniversaries, celebrations and time away together.
Our individually named Feature Rooms combine period character with modern comfort. Each room has its own distinctive style, with original features such as exposed beams, fireplaces and elegant roll-top baths creating a stay that's unique to the Maids Head.
Each of our four Feature Rooms is named after an important part of Norwich's history. Elm Hill looks towards the city's famous medieval street, Walter Rye honours the former Mayor who helped preserve the Maids Head, Rockland takes its name from the Norfolk Broads, and Kett's Keep remembers Kett's Rebellion of 1549. Individually designed with heritage features and thoughtful modern comforts, every room offers a distinctive stay while celebrating the people and places that have shaped the hotel over the centuries.
On-site parking spaces for residents (first come) from £10 overnight, we’ll validate at reception. Additional public parking at St Andrew's car park, an 8 minute walk.
As a historic building, parts of the hotel have no lift access. Please mention any requirements when booking so we can recommend the right room.
Three dog-friendly Executive Rooms are available, bookable in advance and subject to availability. A maximum of two dogs per room.
