    On-site parking spaces for residents (first come) from £10 overnight, we'll validate at reception. Additional public parking at St Andrew's car park, an 8 minute walk.

    Yes, we have some EV chargers 7KW please ask our reception team for details on arrival.

Can I amend an existing booking?

Yes, call reservations on +44 (0)1603 209955 or reply to your confirmation email. Free cancellation and amendments up to 2pm on day of arrival for direct bookings.

Where can I park?

On-site parking spaces for residents (first come) from £10 overnight, we'll validate at reception. Additional public parking at St Andrew's car park, an 8 minute walk. The car park can be found via Pigg Lane, NR3 1RS.

Do you have electric vehicle charging?

Yes, we have some EV chargers 7KW please ask our reception team for details on arrival.

Is the hotel dog friendly?

Three dog-friendly Executive Rooms are available, bookable in advance and subject to availability. A maximum of two dogs per room.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is until 11:00am. Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Yes, from afternoon tea and dining to a monetary gift voucher, all on our Packages & Vouchers page.
