Following the latest Government announcement on Wednesday, 23rd December, we will continue to stay open to support all those guests who are permitted to travel for essential purposes. For the comfort of our guests, we will also be providing room service of both full English breakfast along with a hearty supper menu, all delivered safely to your bedroom door. Rest assured we have put into place all the Government’s COVID-19 Secure health and safety measures to ensure the well being of all our guests and staff.  We have also been awarded the Good to Go mark. We are continuously updating our risk assessments as the Government guidelines change.

2 night stay in celebration of CJ Sansom’s Tombland

Maids Head 4 star Accommodation Norwich

In recognition of the release of Tombland, by CJ Sansom, we have developed an exciting new 2 night historic Norwich package.

Sansom’s book, Tombland, set in Tudor times, again features Lawyer, Matthew Shardlake, who this time travels to Norwich and stays at the Maids Head, while investigating a gruesome murder and gets engulfed in Kett’s Rebellion. 

Our two night offer includes a stay in one of our newly redesigned bedrooms, with breakfast on both mornings and dinner on one night of your choice, all served in our atmospheric WinePress Restaurant, the 15th century inn courtyard.

Prices start from £295.00 and includes two nights accommodation in a Classic double room, full English breakfast on both mornings, dinner served on one night with an allowance of £35.00 per person (food only), a copy of Tombland will be available in your room for you to make reference to. Supplement of £30.00 applies on a Saturday night.

Rates are subject to availability and payable at the time of booking. Payment is non refundable and non transferable and is available from 2nd January until November 15th 2020.
