Norwich is a beautiful City to explore, especially in the Spring time. There is so much to see and do with much to be found just a stone’s throw away from our front door. You can always hop on one of our Bobbin Bikes should you wish to plan a cycling exploration of the City. These can be booked with Reception and are offered complimentary to our guests.

Take a stroll around the Cathedral, not forgetting to sit and have a chat with Paddington on your way! Before heading down to Pulls Ferry and walking along the meandering River Wensum path. You might also like to plan a visit to Norwich Castle and explore the spectacular medieval keep. The keep reopened in August 2025, following a multi-million-pound redevelopment supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Staying for three nights will provide you with the opportunity to take a trip out to explore the Norfolk Broads and no visit is complete without a visit to the Coast. Drive up to North Norfolk, along the way visit a National Trust property or two, either Blickling or Felbrigg offering a perfect day out for all the family.

The Maids Head Bar offers a comprehensive range of locally brewed ales, distilled spirits and of course wines from local vineyards. The Hotel offers a variety of room types from Classic doubles to suites, all with their own uniquely designed features. Our executive rooms can be twinned and some have sofa beds. Our suites offer separate sitting rooms, also with sofa beds, making them ideal for families.
