Rose, our dedicated wedding coordinator will discuss your requirements to help you plan your perfect day. Whether you choose one of our packages or a completely bespoke wedding, we make sure you have an occasion you will remember forever.

Our vintage Bentley is available to take you on a spin of our fine City and to take photos in some of the most iconic sites, from Kett’s Heights, to Elm Hill, the Quayside and of course the Cathedral, or why not enjoy an ice cream from Norwich market!

From a traditional grand wedding to an intimate civil ceremony, we offer a variety of experiences. With our fantastic City Centre location and beautiful, historic hotel, we can offer the fairy tale setting for your day to remember.

We offer comfortable, contemporary accommodation for both you and your guests in our recently refurbished bedrooms, and your guests are welcome to park for the day in our complimentary car park.

We both just wanted to say the biggest thank you to all the staff involved in Saturday.

The day honestly couldn’t have gone better, or smoother, and we honestly couldn’t find fault in anything that anyone done for us on the day! We didn’t have to chase anything, ask for anything… We didn’t have to lift a finger, which gave us the chance to enjoy the day!

All our master of ceremonies were superb, especially the patience of the lovely guy who was ushering us about on the day (can’t remember his name- sorry!) But he wasn’t pushy or rushing us about, made sure the day stayed on time while letting us enjoy it! They were also very accommodating of Frank the dinosaur, and made sure he made his appearance on time!

Everyone has commented on how amazing the food was, service couldn’t have been better or swifter if you’d have tried- feel the chefs and waiting staff are often overlooked in thank you’s, so please extend our thanks to all of those guys too!

And finally, we need to say probably the biggest thank you to you! Without your help none of Saturday would have been possible, or ran as smoothly as it did! You’ve been absolutely amazing, and totally taken the stress out of the whole process, we’ve enjoyed the whole lead up to the day (which seems rare as most people talk about all the stress haha!) And had the most perfect day!

We honestly cannot thank you all enough, we had more than just a ‘day to remember’- it was honestly the most perfect day we could have asked for!

Paul and I would like to thank you Rose, Ella, Chris and the lovely Receptionist who were so helpful yesterday as I was quite nervous and everything went to plan from the day we got there on Friday to when we left this morning.

Not just the staff I have mentioned but everyone from the workmen to the cleaners who wished us well and how quick they made up our room to the staff at breakfast and the food was amazing so please thank the kitchen staff.

Everyone was so helpful and to our guests who stayed over the weekend too.
